Great experience as usual.

Very nice doctor. This was the first time I experienced a lot of water flying in my face during the cleaning. Also when he was cleaning around my gum line, it was a little harsh and I tasted more blood than I’ve ever experienced. Not sure if this was a newer cleaning method because I didn’t experience this method of cleaning around the gum line in the past. Over all it was ok.

Everyone greets you with a smile and a professional attitude. The atmosphere is very pleasant and calm. The office makes sure that you are comfortable. Whoever is working with you for that day they would explain what they are doing and the process.

1st time there was a little scary but they made me feel comfortable. And I learned things about my health that I wasn’t aware of which needed addressing. The staff were very helpful, supportive, friendly and knowledgeable

Since I switch to TLN dental my family and I have had nothing but great experiences. From the dental techs that provide education during our cleanings and to the front desk staff who always greet you by name as you walk in the door. The Dentist is also very informative and listens to any concerns and provides options. And we are always called back in less than 10 mins most times. Today I accidentally went to the wrong location and they were able to squeeze me in with a short wait time. I have never experienced this kind of care from a dentist EVER!! You'll see what I mean when you pay them a visit for your next cleaning.

This new technology can be a bit overwhelming, not with TLN Dr. Precious take the time to explain step by step what is going on with my teeth and how to correct it. The staff is incredibly friendly greeting you as you come in the door. Dr. Provost is knowledgeable and explains everything to you in understandable terms. She took the time fully go over my dental health, and presented several options on how to improve my teeth — and all this is done in a professional and positive manner. For the first time in years, after visiting Dr. Provost, I feel there is a specific game plan in place to improve my dental health.

The staff were great from the front desk all the way through to Doctors! Dr ‘O’ was great with the pain relief and care. Mario her assistant was great in preparing me and being ready for anything she needed. We booked my next appointment before I even left. Great experience and this is from someone who didn’t like going to see the dentist before.

Dr. Nickleberry and staff are amazing with my daughter. She’s 8 and was terrified of going to the dentist. She now looks forward to going and it’s all because of Dr. Nickleberry. As a new patient, I was welcomed with open arms as if I had already built a relationship with the team. Everyone was so nice and sincere. I was given multiple treatment options which all was a great benefit to me. I felt no unbearable pain and overall I’m very satisfied with the turnout of my procedure.

Very pleased. One piece of feedback though….I’m accustomed to getting potentially a toothbrush, dental floss, toothpaste, etc. as an exit package from a dentist. That was not offered with this visit. Overall I’m pleased with my dentist.

Dr. Jacocks and Hassina made my dental experience amazing. They had a great/professional collaborative relationship. The location itself was beautiful, the entire staff was friendly and personable, Dr. Jacocks was thorough and answered all my questions while providing pain free dental care! I usually don't give many reviews but I felt the need to write this. I usually enjoy my experience when I visit but today I left feeling horrible. Apparently they are doing something new. They are taking close-up pics of your teeth that show all of your flaws and putting them on the big TV. I hated looking at it because my teeth aren't perfect. I also didn't like that any other patient or employee could walk by and see the pics that should be private. I think I understand why they started doing this. I think they believe if the patient could see their imperfections it would motivate them to do something about it. However it messed with me mentally. I believe them putting the pic on the TV was insensitive. I wish they would have talked to me and explain why they wanted to put the pic on the screen and gave me the options. If this happens on my next visit I will not be going back. I don't need to leave the dentist feeling worse than I did when I arrived.

Dr. Jacocks was so kind and patient as she answered all of my questions about my options with Invisalign. My dental hygienist, CJ did an amazing job on my dental cleaning! There was even a screen in my exam room with my name on it welcoming me to my appointment. Such an amazing experience!
