Dr. Chidi was literally the best. She was friendly and explained all of my issues with great detail. Nothing was forced but gave me all options for my situation. Her staff from the receptionist to the Assistant was also very pleasant, polite and professional. I am recommending them to all of my friends and family. They have now become my Dentist Office permanently.

Dr Chidi and her assistant Dallas(SP) was simply amazing. They explain everything and made sure you were comfortable what everything that was happening. Really made going to the dentist more enjoyable.

First visit to TLN Family Dental and babyyyyy they did not disappoint. Dr. Chidi and all the young ladies in the office were super sweet, welcoming, and just had good energy from the moment we walked in. Me and my 21-year-old twin daughters were all treated with the same level of care and attention, which I really appreciated. Dr. Chidi was thorough, explained everything clearly, and never made us feel rushed. The staff kept checking on us and made the whole experience feel comfortable and easy. You can tell they actually care about their patients and not just getting people in and out. And this is coming from somebody who had the same dentist for over a decade, so switching was a big deal for me. But needless to say, we’ve officially found our new dental home with TLN Family Dental. Highly recommend!

The entire experience at TLN Dental was excellent. From the moment I arrived for my appointment, the front desk was very courteous, taking their time to welcome me. The office manager thoroughly explained my care plan and payments, making sure I understood everything. Dr. O performed my crowns and truly went above and beyond. She made me feel completely comfortable, constantly checking if I was in any pain—she insisted on ensuring I felt no discomfort, and I didn’t. Before Dr. O came in, Ebony cleaned my teeth. She was fantastic—clearly experienced, explaining each step as she went. The care, attention, and professionalism were all top-notch!

Great experience as usual.

Very nice doctor. This was the first time I experienced a lot of water flying in my face during the cleaning. Also when he was cleaning around my gum line, it was a little harsh and I tasted more blood than I’ve ever experienced. Not sure if this was a newer cleaning method because I didn’t experience this method of cleaning around the gum line in the past. Over all it was ok.

Everyone greets you with a smile and a professional attitude. The atmosphere is very pleasant and calm. The office makes sure that you are comfortable. Whoever is working with you for that day they would explain what they are doing and the process.

1st time there was a little scary but they made me feel comfortable. And I learned things about my health that I wasn’t aware of which needed addressing. The staff were very helpful, supportive, friendly and knowledgeable

Since I switch to TLN dental my family and I have had nothing but great experiences. From the dental techs that provide education during our cleanings and to the front desk staff who always greet you by name as you walk in the door. The Dentist is also very informative and listens to any concerns and provides options. And we are always called back in less than 10 mins most times. Today I accidentally went to the wrong location and they were able to squeeze me in with a short wait time. I have never experienced this kind of care from a dentist EVER!! You'll see what I mean when you pay them a visit for your next cleaning.

I am really pleased with TLN Family Dental. Dr Provost is the best and I highly recommend her. I usually feel a little apprehension vsiting any dentist but Dr Provost has a way of calming any trepidation one might experience about a dental procedure. I appreciate her patience and excellent chairside manner. Her dentistry skills are impeccable, too. She has a knack for detail. Thanks Dr Provost and TLN dental for all that you do.

My experience at TLN Family Dental has always been a rewarding and calming experience. From the moment that I walk in, the personnel greets me with a smile and a calming demeanor. Because of past horrific and painful experiences, I became very anxious and stressed about getting dental work done and thereby neglected the proper care of my teeth. But I truly believe that God led me to TLN because they have always treated me with patience and kindness. Even though I have more treatments to go, I have determined to stay with my treatment plans because I believe when all is done, I’ll have my best smile ever! I have already recommended TLN Family to others and will continue to do so.

The staff were great from the front desk all the way through to Doctors! Dr ‘O’ was great with the pain relief and care. Mario her assistant was great in preparing me and being ready for anything she needed. We booked my next appointment before I even left. As a new patient, I was welcomed with open arms as if I had already built a relationship with the team. Everyone was so nice and sincere. Very pleased. One piece of feedback though….I’m accustomed to getting potentially a toothbrush, dental floss, toothpaste, etc. as an exit package from a dentist. That was not offered with this visit. Overall I’m pleased with my dentist.

Dr. Jacocks and Hassina made my dental experience amazing. They had a great/professional collaborative relationship. The location itself was beautiful, the entire staff was friendly and personable, Dr. Jacocks was thorough and answered all my questions while providing pain free dental care! I usually don't give many reviews but I felt the need to write this. I usually enjoy my experience when I visit but today I left feeling horrible. Apparently they are doing something new. They are taking close-up pics of your teeth that show all of your flaws and putting them on the big TV. I hated looking at it because my teeth aren't perfect. I also didn't like that any other patient or employee could walk by and see the pics that should be private. I think I understand why they started doing this. I think they believe if the patient could see their imperfections it would motivate them to do something about it. However it messed with me mentally. I believe them putting the pic on the TV was insensitive. I wish they would have talked to me and explain why they wanted to put the pic on the screen and gave me the options. If this happens on my next visit I will not be going back. I don't need to leave the dentist feeling worse than I did when I arrived.
